Gali’s brain may as well have been made of lead. Or maybe he now knew how the sea felt, propping up the continents.
Opi’s Timely Return
Opi had changed his mind. He was going to give settling down in Dai a shot. It was a beautiful and peaceful place where he was well known and liked, and the people were stupid in a very unaggressive manner. Not like those Layun idiots who did not seem to realise that he had never tried to con anyone (who didn’t deserve it) in his life.
Mia and Gali
The five of them had been up half the night, just talking. Nonsense mainly. It was a subtle thing, but Mia always admired the way her friends could make themselves heard. Heero’s yapping eagerness, Hollo’s straightforward and concise viewpoint, Taltin’s never ending questions and Gali’s charismatic thoughtfulness. Each of them was contributing.
